We provide custom home building and construction management services and build a small number of custom homes every year. We pride ourselves on providing craftsmanship in the custom homes which over the last 20 years have helped create “A Tradition of Fine Homes” throughout the Greater Vancouver area including Fort Langley, South Surrey, White Rock, Langley, New Westminster, Vancouver and North Vancouver.

Our goal is to provide our customer with a quality custom home within their budget. We provide construction management services and advice at every stage – from house plan design and budget, through to landscaping and outdoor living space – and make sure everything in between gets done to a high standard and the customers satisfaction.

You know you want to build your dream home – but where to start! If building a custom home is something you have thought about we are here to help.

This is an opportunity to design a home to match your needs and priorities. Whether you are a young family starting out, ready to move your growing family to that bigger home, empty nesters getting ready to downsize, or upsizing again for multi generational family needs, you can create a space that is specific to you – from design and style preferences, to door sizes and counter heights. By reflecting on not only our own personal life experience, but also on the experiences of our past clients, we can say “been there, done that”! and can share that knowledge and experience with you.

We care about your vision for your new home and the features and finishes that customize the home to you. We work with you to review your plans and make suggestions and then help you come up with a budget that works for you. We offer a transparent fixed management fee contract that puts the budget and priorities for spending decisions and financial control in your hands.

Communication is an important part of the process and we are there to meet with you at each stage to walk through the house, make suggestions and decisions and answer any questions.

We have a team of quality trades and suppliers that we work with. We are on site every day to make sure everyone has what they need to keep the job moving along smoothly, and that the work is being done according to the plans and to a high standard of quality.

As a licensed registered builder under the BC Homeowner Protection Act, we offer a 2-5-10 Year Travelers Canada Insurance Company. Learning is a lifelong process – part of being a registered builder includes ongoing professional development covering topics such as Building Code Changes, new and emerging construction technologies and requirements, and sustainable construction trends including Building Green and Energy Efficiency.

But really, the most important part of our job – one that starts at the very beginning and ends after we hand you the keys – is to work at building a trusting, transparent relationship with clients like you; one that provides you with the confidence that every aspect of your home will be built well and to your specifications.
